Ingredients:

Salsa verde:
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Finely grated rind and juice from 1 lemon

Ingredients:

Broccoli and cheddar cheese soup
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, washed, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 heads broccoli, roughly chopped

- ¼ cup cream

Massaman curry
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 large brown onions, cut into thin wedges

- 2/3 cup massaman curry paste
- 1kg gravy beef, chopped coarsely
